DOGMA is a brilliant technician who proudly puts the 'mad' in scientist. Incredibly driven by a desire to understand everything, he doesn't let such things as ethics and morals get in the way of his research. An accomplished weaponsmith, he is always pushing the envelope of what is possible in destructive gadgetry. A skilled surgeon, he has a reputation for making unasked-for "improvements" to unfortunate patients. Socially awkward; not well-liked by most of his fellow Decepticons. In robot mode, he possesses enhanced sensory apparatus and wields a systems-scrambling disruptor whip and his grab bag of mostly-explosive gadgets. As a scout jet, he flies high above pinpointing enemy weaknesses... and searching for new specimens for his experiments.
