Created during the late 1980's as an attempt at countering the threat of Megatron's Seeker jets, Foxhole is slow, patient, and highly protective of his fellow Autobots. Seeks to lend a shoulder to them, both in and aout of battle. In howitzer mode, is a commonly placed in one spot to discourage Decepticon sky warriors. Employs armor-piercing slugs and a central thunderclap cannon to knock enemy aircraft out of the sky, uses advanced laser rangefinding to improve accuracy. Three-inch plasteel armor can withstand intense bombardment. In robot mode, carries a rapi-fire laser rifle. Lack of maneuverability in both modes makes him a sitting target for retaliation. Speech impediment makes communication with comrades difficult, making him appear less intelligent than he is.
